Gripset B09 Bituminous Surface Treatment is a polymer-modified asphalt resurfacer engineered to restore binder integrity in oxidized civil and commercial pavements. This cold-applied solution features unique cross-linking properties with Portland cement, enabling rapid water ponding resistance within four hours and application on damp substrates to minimize weather-related downtime.
Ensure surfaces are degreased and structurally sound to prevent delamination, as this durable finish resists sulphates and ground salts while reaching full traffic readiness in 24 hours.
Yes. When Portland cement slurry is incorporated (750 mL per 15 L pail), Gripset B09 can be applied over damp surfaces while maintaining adhesion and rapid drying.
No. Gripset B09 is designed for secondary roads, car parks, and maintenance areas rather than major highway resurfacing.
