What is the difference between a solid grate and a tile insert?
A solid grate leaves the aluminium profile visible. A tile insert holds a cut tile inside the channel for a continuous floor look. Slimline models fit tiles up to 11 mm. The Tile Insert Plus 35 fits tiles up to 20 mm.
Are Lauxes grates suitable for outdoor driveways?
Yes. The Storm Water 128 and NeXT Generation 35 handle driveways and pool surrounds. The Storm Water 128 is 128 mm wide for high-flow areas. All Lauxes grates carry a Class B load rating of 10.2 tonnes with a 25-year UV warranty.
