Lauxes Grates NXT 35 – Midnight is a 100mm wide, 35mm deep anodised aluminium linear drain for indoor and outdoor applications. The NXT profile combines anti-water-tracking geometry with an easy roll-out top for cleaning and a waste outlet that can be positioned to suit the plumbing layout.

Lauxes manufactures NXT 35 in 3000mm and 5600mm full lengths. Adheseal currently offers Midnight as a 1000mm sell unit and a 5600mm full length, with 40mm, 50mm, 72mm and 80mm waste outlet options.

How To Apply  

Installing Lauxes NXT 35 – Midnight

  1. Complete waterproofing, tiling and grouting before installing the grate. The grate does not form part of the waterproofing system.
  2. Use a template or spacer during screeding or concreting. Do not allow the grate to contact wet cement or screed.
  3. Measure the finished length, cut the bottom tray to suit the selected end-cap type, then cut the roll-out top grate to the required clearance.
  4. Drill the waste opening at the required position using a suitable Lauxes hole saw and secure the waste outlet with neutral-cure silicone.
  5. Install the grate last using neutral-cure silicone, ensure it is level, remove excess building material immediately and finish the perimeter with neutral-cure silicone.
