Pasco's 8-Piece Caulking Blade Set provides a selection of stainless-steel finishing blades for shaping neat, consistent sealant joints. Choose a blade profile to suit the joint and draw it along freshly applied silicone or another suitable sealant to smooth the bead and create a clean edge.

Why choose a blade set?

Having several blade widths on hand makes it easier to move between different joint sizes without trying to finish every bead with the same tool. The reusable stainless-steel blades are a practical addition to a professional caulking kit for repetitive finishing work.

Using the blades

Tool the joint while the sealant is still workable, before it begins to skin. Keep the blade edge clean between passes to avoid drag marks and an uneven finish.

Product selection note: Confirm the blade sizes and number of pieces supplied for this listed set before ordering, as Pasco also offers other caulking knife configurations.

Tools silicone, acrylic, and polyurethane beads to the joint width. Eight ground stainless blades suit different bead sizes. Reusable blades wash clean after use.
Choose the blade that matches the bead width. Draw its shaped edge along the tooled bead in one steady pull. Wipe the blade between pulls to stop cured residue causing drag lines.
Cured sealant on the blade can cause drag lines. Check the sealant instructions before tooling. Use the blade size that matches the joint.
