An uneven concrete subfloor makes every subsequent flooring stage harder. Sikafloor® Level TOP is a highly flowable cement-based levelling underlayment for preparing internal concrete floors before compatible floor coverings. It can be mixed and placed manually or pumped on suitable larger projects.
Prepare concrete for the final floor finish
Use Level TOP to smooth and level new or existing internal concrete before laying an approved covering. Its fluid, self-healing consistency helps installers achieve a more even substrate across residential and commercial spaces.
What to know before specifying
This is an underlayment, not an exposed trafficable wearing surface. The condition and moisture profile of the concrete, primer selection and drying time all affect the flooring system. For a different type of floor preparation where a bonded or unbonded screed is required, Sikafloor-215 Rapid Screed is a separate product rather than a direct substitute.
Supplied in 20 kg bags. Sika lists 1–30 mm neat application thickness, with thicker aggregate-extended applications subject to its instructions. Follow the current Australian product data sheet for mixing, priming and floor-covering readiness.
- Suitable internal concrete floors
