EverKrete 102 is a thermoset vinyl polymer repair mortar for concrete that has to go back in service fast. The trade kit bundles the mortar for horizontal, vertical, and overhead patching, traffic-grade overlays, and slip-resistant finishes.
It sets fast enough for foot traffic within hours (check the datasheet for the mix you are using) and bonds to prepared concrete without a bonding agent on sound, clean substrates. Mix only what you can place inside the working time; it is a chemical cure, not a drying one.
How much mortar does the EverKrete Trade Kit make?
At the standard 3:1 sand-to-catalysed-resin ratio, the 4 L EverKrete 102 and one 20 kg / 12 L bag of kiln-dried sand make approximately 12 L of mortar.

The kit contains 4 L EverKrete 102, 1 L EverKrete Primer, 90 mL EverKrete Catalyst, 20 kg of 0.6–1 mm kiln-dried sand, instructions, mixing pail, 1 L measuring pot and 30 mL measuring cup.
At the standard 3:1 mortar ratio the kit makes approximately 12 L of repair mortar.
Standard Trade Kit mortar ratio is 3 parts kiln-dried sand to 1 part catalysed EverKrete 102. The 4 L resin plus one 20 kg / 12 L bag of 0.6–1 mm sand makes approximately 12 L of mortar.
Approximate Trade Kit coverage at 3:1 is 12 m² at 1 mm, 6 m² at 2 mm, 2.4 m² at 5 mm, 1.2 m² at 10 mm, 0.8 m² at 15 mm and 0.6 m² at 20 mm thickness.
Catalyse EverKrete 102 at 2:100 Catalyst to resin, up to a maximum 3:100 for faster cure. Mix Catalyst thoroughly for 30–60 seconds before adding any dry components. If Accelerator is required, add it only after catalysation.
Normal full-traffic return is 45–90 minutes under suitable conditions.
Do not use when surface temperature is below -18°C or above +35°C. Without EverKrete Accelerator, surface temperature must be between +10°C and +35°C.
Do not apply to damp, wet or contaminated substrates, while it is raining or when rain is imminent.
Vertical applications require EverKrete LVF or Fumed Silica; overhead applications also require LVF or Fumed Silica.
For vertical repairs over 50 mm in one application, use multiple applications. For overhead repairs over 20 mm in one application, use multiple applications.
Use kiln-dried sand and aggregates only. Below +10°C, or where rapid cure is required, EverKrete Accelerator is required.
