When combined with kiln-dried aggregates, it forms a durable mortar ideal for horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications. This repair system is compatible with a range of substrates and offers controlled curing, making it suitable for both internal and external repairs in various environments, including cold temperatures.

Application Guide

  1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is structurally sound, dry, and free of contaminants. Remove any loose or friable material.
  2. Priming: Apply EverKrete Primer to enhance adhesion, ensuring a thin, smooth coat.
  3. Mixing: Pre-mix EverKrete 102, then add the catalyst (1:100 to 3:100 ratio). For faster curing or cold temperatures, add EverKrete Accelerator.
  4. Mortar Preparation: Gradually mix kiln-dried sand and other aggregates with the catalysed resin.
  5. Application: Trowel the EverKrete mortar to the repair area, ensuring a smooth finish. Avoid over-trowelling.

Limitations

  • Do not apply in temperatures below -18°C or above +35°C without Accelerator
  • Avoid application on damp or contaminated substrates
  • Multiple applications may be needed for vertical surfaces over 50mm and overhead applications over 20mm
