Description  

Waterstop Streamline 90° Corner (2 Leg) is a pre-formed shower waterstop profile for square-corner and L-shaped wet-area layouts. The manufacturer specifies 6463-T5 aluminium with a 3 mm wall thickness, supplied as a one-piece 90° configuration so the corner geometry is formed before it reaches site. It replaces an improvised standard angle or hob at the shower boundary while providing the dedicated Streamline membrane and screen interface.

Choose the leg dimensions and finish to suit the shower footprint, check the pre-formed waterstop is square before installation and bed it into the waterproofing build-up using the Waterstop Streamline installation method. Standard profiles can be trimmed on site where required; custom sizes are available from the manufacturer.

What standard 90° sizes are available?
The manufacturer lists nine standard two-leg configurations from 900×900 mm through to mixed 1000, 1500 and 1800 mm leg combinations. Custom sizes are available POA.

Uses & Benefits  
Pre-formed 90° aluminium shower waterstop/hob for two-leg bathroom wall layouts, avoiding an on-site corner joint. Manufactured from aluminium grade 6463-T5 with a 3 mm wall thickness. Standard two-leg configurations include 900×900, 1000×1000, 1200×1200, 1400×1400, 1500×1500, 1500×1000, 1000×1500, 1800×1000 and 1000×1800 mm.
How To Apply  
Position the pre-formed 90° hob at the shower boundary and confirm it is square to the walls before fixing. Bed the full profile into a continuous urethane-sealant bead on the prepared floor, level it, then seal the wall ends, floor junction and gusset area. Apply the wet-area membrane inside the shower and carry it up the inside face of the Streamline profile to beneath the bullnose.
Limitations and Safety Info  
This is an aluminium shower waterstop/hob, not a PVC concrete-joint waterstop. No expansion-range, joint-width or hydrostatic-pressure rating is published by the manufacturer. Confirm both leg dimensions and finish before ordering. Custom sizes are available POA. Installation faults remain the installer's responsibility under the manufacturer's guarantee terms.
