The single-wipe process simplifies bonding-surface preparation and provides a short flash-off time for professional windscreen replacement work. Its broad application-temperature range makes it practical for year-round vehicle glass replacement, including suitably managed cold-weather jobs.
Pack selection and application
Available in 250 mL and 1 L cans. Apply sparingly in a single wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth or paper towel, without a subsequent wipe-off step. Sika specifies application temperatures from −10°C to +45°C and a typical 3-minute flash-off period under its stated conditions. Follow the current automotive glazing pretreatment instructions and verify compatibility with the selected adhesive and actual substrates.
