Mapei UltraCare Kerapoxy Cleaner is a ready-to-use cleaner for fresh epoxy grout residue and post-installation haze from compatible porcelain, glazed ceramic and glass mosaic surfaces. It is specifically formulated for Mapei epoxy grouts including Kerapoxy and Kerapoxy Easy Design.
Epoxy grout cleaner for Kerapoxy installations
Use UltraCare Kerapoxy Cleaner during final clean-up or shortly after installation to loosen epoxy traces before they fully harden. It can also be used to clean compatible tools while residue is still fresh.
How to use it
Apply directly to the affected surface. Allow a short dwell time for fresh residue, or up to the product's stated waiting time for more stubborn residue, then agitate with a suitable pad and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Limitations
- Do not use on polished marble or natural stone without confirming compatibility.
- Do not use on wood or methacrylate surfaces.
- Always test unknown or sensitive finishes first.
- For fully cured epoxy residue, a stronger cured-residue remover may be required.
