Flick the brush before use to drop loose bristles, load the bottom third, and lay the coating off in light strokes. Clean in the matching solvent immediately after use; natural bristle hardens rock solid if the resin cures in it.
Not for water-based acrylics: water swells natural bristle and ruins the edge. Keep a synthetic brush for those.
