Buzon Plug

Buzon Plug locks joist and batten holders to the DPH pedestal series with a double-enforced mechanical anchor. Used with the Buzon Pin, it eliminates lateral displacement and stops joist rattling or uplift on high-traffic commercial terraces and wind-exposed rooftops. Not a standalone fix. It works as part of the DPH system, so if you're running a different pedestal, it won't help you.

Buzon Plug is a structural locking component designed for high-traffic commercial terraces and wind-exposed rooftop applications using the DPH pedestal series. This mechanical anchor works in conjunction with the Buzon Pin to secure Joist/Batten Holders, effectively eliminating lateral displacement and preventing joist rattling or uplift.

By creating a double-enforced connection, it maintains long-term structural integrity and prevents accidental lifting in public spaces while providing a discreet finish for professional decking projects.

Which Buzon Plug size do I need?
Choose the plug from the pedestal and accessory combination, not by length alone. Adheseal stocks Medium and Long variants; Buzon installation documents specify the required rack plug for each fixing assembly.

Rack-plug component used with the Buzon pin to lock compatible joist/batten holders and fixing accessories to Buzon pedestal systems. Adheseal stocks Medium (BUZPLUGM) and Long (BUZPLUGL) variants. The plug is part of the fixing assembly; it is not a standalone pedestal or joist support.
Fit the plug into the compatible Buzon joist/batten holder or fixing accessory at the position shown in that accessory's installation detail. Seat the accessory on the pedestal, then insert the specified Buzon pin to complete the locking connection. Use the plug size specified for the exact pedestal, slope-corrector and accessory combination.
Plug size depends on the pedestal and accessory combination. Buzon installation documents use the Medium plug in DPH fixing assemblies and the Long/Large plug in other specified fixing-plate assemblies; confirm the exact system detail before ordering. A plug must be used with the matching Buzon fixing accessory and pin where that assembly requires them.
