Buzon PB-5 Adjustable Pedestal (235-315mm) is an industrial-grade Copolymer Polypropylene (CPP) raised flooring system engineered for high-clearance commercial rooftops and podiums. This modular assembly provides 235mm to 315mm of vertical adjustment, enabling the concealment of bulky services and pipes while maintaining structural stability under compression loads up to 1,278kg.
When combined with the U-PH5 slope corrector, it compensates for gradients up to 5%, ensuring a perfectly level walking surface without compromising the integrity of underlying waterproof membranes or sensitive insulation. The salt- and chemical-resistant construction remains stable from -30°C to +80°C, providing a durable, weather-proof solution for exposed coastal environments and high-traffic pedestrian zones.

Application Guide
- Ensure the substrate is stable and clean.
- Position the PB-5 pedestal at regular intervals based on the selected surface material.
- Adjust the height to achieve a level surface.
- Install the selected pavers, tiles, or decking onto the pedestals.
- Check for evenness and make final height adjustments if needed.
