Joist holder for DPH and PB-0-S18 pedestals. Clicks into place, holds joists up to 90mm wide, and spins 360 degrees so you can sort your alignment after the deck is already levelled. No more crawling back under to reset heights on complex layouts. Made from 80% recycled copolymer polypropylene, rated from -30°C to +80°C. Not for use with other pedestal systems.

Buzon Joist Holder DPH-KIT-5 is a technical joist management component designed for the secure installation of timber and composite terraces on DPH and PB-0-S18 pedestal systems. Manufactured from 80% recycled copolymer polypropylene, this press-fit holder prevents structural instability by accommodating joists up to 90mm wide while maintaining performance across extreme temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C.

The integrated 360° rotating mechanism allows specialists to achieve perfect alignment after leveling the deck, mitigating the risk of project delays caused by repetitive height adjustments on complex architectural layouts.

Buzon specifies DPH-KIT-5 for the PB-0-S18 pedestal. It is not a general joist holder for the DPH pedestal range.

Uses & Benefits  
Buzon DPH-KIT-5 joist holder for supporting timber or composite deck subframes on the PB-0-S18 pedestal. It clips to the PB-0-S18 head without tools and provides lateral support for the joist. The holder is then screwed to the joist as part of the deck subframe detail.
How To Apply  
Clip DPH-KIT-5 onto the PB-0-S18 pedestal head. Position the timber or composite joist in the holder and screw the holder to the joist using the Buzon installation detail. Complete pedestal spacing and joist fixing to the deck design.
Limitations and Safety Info  
Use DPH-KIT-5 with the Buzon PB-0-S18 pedestal only. It is not a general joist holder for the DPH pedestal range. Joist span, joist size, fixing and finished deck loading remain project-design requirements.
