B.A.T 12 mm Anodised Aluminium Balcony Drip Angle is a 3 m balcony drip edge for tiled or rendered balcony perimeters. The projecting drip lip directs runoff clear of the fascia, cladding or render below instead of allowing water to track back underneath the edge. The profile also creates a clean finished perimeter line.
| Material | Anodised aluminium |
|---|---|
| Profile | 12 mm drip angle |
| Length | 3 m |
| Matching corners | 90° internal and external corner options |
Install the balcony drip angle at the perimeter before the final tile or render finish, keeping the drip lip facing outward and downward. Maintain the waterproofing and floor-fall detail specified for the balcony system and keep the drip path unobstructed.
What does the 12 mm drip lip do?
It projects runoff away from the balcony edge so water drops clear rather than tracking back underneath the slab, fascia or finish.
- Prepared concrete or screed balcony edges
- Waterproofed balcony edge systems
- Tile adhesive beds where the project detail embeds the profile
