A snipper made for sealant nozzles. The V-cut blade slices the nozzle square without crushing the plastic, so the bead flows evenly instead of wandering. A hardened pin on the body punches cartridge seals, so you leave the utility knife in the bag.

Cut the nozzle at your bead width using the V notch, then punch the cartridge seal with the steel pin. Fit the nozzle and start the bead; if it stutters, recheck the cut for burrs.
