Shipping Questions
We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $17.95+GST across Australia for online purchases. This is to ensure fast and affordable delivery of your order.
Yes, there are a few situations. The flat-rate shipping has fair use guidelines. Additional shipping costs may apply if your order contains any oversize items, long-length items, or bags exceeding 15 kg. Also, deliveries to site locations, non-metro areas, or locations outside the typical Australian freight network (including potentially non-metro areas of Western Australia or Tasmania) may incur additional fees. In these cases, Adheseal will contact you directly to discuss and arrange the appropriate shipping costs after your order is placed. Orders containing dangerous goods also have a separate surcharge.

Deliveries to rural or remote areas, site locations, or locations outside the typical Australian freight network may require additional shipping fees. Specifically, for customers in non-metro areas of Western Australia or Tasmania, the standard $17.95 shipping fee may not apply. These orders are reviewed internally, and we may contact you to arrange appropriate shipping rates. For other locations falling under this guideline, we will contact you to discuss any additional shipping charges before processing your order. You will then have the option to proceed, receive a partial subsidy, or cancel your order.
Yes, for orders containing dangerous goods, a surcharge of $70.00 will apply. This is due to the specialized handling and transportation requirements for these items.
Product returns are generally only accepted for products with proven defects. If you suspect a product is defective, we will request a sample to be returned to our warehouse for testing. Courier costs for returning suspected defective products are initially at the customer's expense but will be refunded if the product is proven defective. Please note that returns for a change of mind are not accepted.
It is our policy to supply fresh products. Our products have a shelf life, and out-of-date products will not be accepted as non-defective for return. We request customers to check the shelf life of goods within 48 hours of receiving the order. If you are not satisfied with the shelf life and it is proven to exceed our commitment to supply fresh products, we will offer an exchange.
Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about whether your specific item is returnable, please get in touch with us.

The Adheseal Online Trade Platform is an exclusive website designed specifically for customers who hold an Adheseal Trade account. It provides a convenient and easy way for trade customers to browse our product range and place orders directly with us online, at any time.
Access to the online platform is reserved for customers with an approved Adheseal Trade account. If you have an existing trade account, you should have received login details or can request them. If you do not yet have a trade account, please contact us to discuss setting one up.
Product pricing is specific to each Adheseal Trade account holder based on their agreed rates. To ensure confidentiality and accuracy, please contact your Adheseal sales representative or our staff to retrieve pricing information.
