Waterproof & Detail Masonry

Penetrating, non-film forming polyester-polymer treatment that waterproofs and hardens concrete, brick, render and most masonry from within. Spray applied at ~5–7 m²/L, passes negative hydrostatic pressure to 60 psi, paintable once dry.

Use Megapoxy LVS to penetrate, seal, and prime porous concrete, timber, and masonry. Its low viscosity ensures deep hardening, providing over 3MPa bond strength to concrete and chemical resistance for critical floor coating systems.

Use Sikalastic-1K for flexible waterproofing and concrete protection. It provides crack-bridging ability up to 0.75 mm and resists negative pressure up to 2.5 bar for 72 hours, offering certified performance for drinking water contact and external membranes.

Elastoproof B50 is a high-performance joint band for waterproofing detail work at junctions, corners, control and expansion joints. The central “Flexible Zone” accommodates movement in multiple directions with up to 100% elastic recovery, while the fleece edges embed into a wet liquid membrane to create a seamless, durable seal. Designed for trade use in commercial, industrial, and residential wet areas.

Use Gripset Elastoproof Prefabricated Corners to ensure a seamless, elastic seal at 90° and 270° corner intersections in waterproofing applications. These NBR rubber corners offer 100% elastic recovery and high tear resistance, specifically designed to integrate with Gripset membranes to prevent corner failures.

Use Gripset BRW PF Squares for instant, primer-less sealing of penetrations and joint intersections, allowing immediate overcoating with membranes and finishes. Its 0.8mm butyl rubber provides a flexible, high-adhesion detail that prevents moisture ingress in critical areas, operating from -40°C to 100°C.

Use Gripset 2P for critical waterproofing across internal/external wet areas, swimming pools, and potable water tanks. This two-part cementitious membrane is certified to AS/NZ 4020 for drinking water and provides Class II flexibility with fast re-coat times.

Use Gripset 38FC for rapid waterproofing of internal and external wet areas and roofs. It allows tiling in 4 hours and flood testing in 24 hours, supported by AS 4858 and AS 4654.1 compliance and >300% elongation.

Use Gripset 51 for flexible, solvent-free waterproofing of underground and external structures. Its >500% elongation bridges cracks, providing robust protection against water, rot, and corrosion in continuously damp environments.

Use Gripset P39 for compliant waterproofing in permanently wet areas, exposed roofs, and under tile. Its hybrid polyurethane formula ensures >300% Class III flexibility and will not re-emulsify, meeting AS 4858 and AS 4654.1 standards.

Use Gripset C-1P for demanding waterproofing jobs, resisting up to 5 bar positive and 1.5 bar negative hydrostatic pressure. This flexible, fibre-reinforced cementitious membrane bridges cracks up to 0.75 mm and holds AS 40200 potable water approval.

Use Gripset BRW HD for instant, flexible subterranean and wet area waterproofing. Its self-adhesive butyl rubber and HDPE construction eliminates curing delays, resists extreme temperatures from -30°C to 80°C, and stands up to ground salts.

Use Mapei Mapeproof Swell Sealant for watertight sealing of confined joints, cracks, and penetrations in concrete. This hydro-expansive paste swells by ≥100% on water contact, resisting up to 1 atm of hydrostatic pressure for reliable protection against leaks.
