Which coating suits a food factory floor?
Megapoxy 132. It is a solvent-free epoxy barrier for food and beverage areas, pharmaceutical plants, hospital kitchens, and forklift ramps. It needs shot-blasted, dry concrete and its full cure before traffic.
What protects bunds and wastewater concrete?
Megapoxy MC. It is a VOC-free epoxy maintenance coating for chemical bunds, wastewater assets, concrete, and steel. It resists spills once cured. Check chemical resistance against your actual exposure.
What is Megadure used on?
Badly worn metal and concrete. It is a high-alumina bead epoxy for mines, ball mills, slurry pumps, and processing equipment under severe abrasion. Apply it at the thickness the data sheet specifies.
Are there sealants in this range?
Yes. Adheseal N70 and N40 are neutral-cure silicones, Hi-Flex Construction Plus is an MS polymer, and PU15 is a polyurethane. Each stays flexible in moving joints. See Silicone Sealants and Hybrid MS Polymer Sealants for more options.
How thick do these coatings go?
Each product sets its own build. 132 and MC go on by roller or squeegee in stated coats. Megadure is trowelled to a wear-layer depth. Do not thin them. Respect the recoat windows and cure times.
Do these coatings need a primer?
Sound, dry, blast-cleaned concrete usually needs no primer. Marginal or oily slabs may need an epoxy primer first. Follow the current Megapoxy data sheet for your substrate. Test a small area before the full application.
