Megapoxy MC is a two-component, heavy-duty, 100% solids, high-build maintenance coating designed for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, including floors, walls, and steel protection. This highly chemical-resistant coating offers a decorative, hygienic, and dust-free finish with superior abrasion resistance. Megapoxy MC is VOC-free and can be applied in a three-coat system for aggressive environments, achieving a total cured thickness of 0.4 - 0.5 mm. It is suitable for applications in food and beverage facilities, chemical storage, mechanical workshops, and more.

Application Guide
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing any grease, oil, or coatings. Use mechanical abrasion or acid etching for concrete surfaces, and grit blasting or abrasion for metals.
- Mix Part A and Part B in a 3:1 ratio (by volume) or 4:1 (by weight) thoroughly to ensure proper curing and physical properties.
- Apply the mixed coating using a brush, roller, squeegee, or airless spray. For non-slip surfaces, broadcast suitable aggregates over the freshly applied coat.
- For particularly porous surfaces, apply a primer coat using Megapoxy LVS.
- Allow the coating to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before exposure to service conditions.
Limitations
- Ensure accurate mixing to avoid incomplete curing or discoloration over time.
- Not recommended for use on coated surfaces unless coatings are removed.
