When an invisible bond is critical, visible glue lines aren't an option. Everbond Ultra Clear Brush Contact ensures your finished work retains its aesthetic integrity. Achieve a high-strength bond that disappears, keeping the focus on your craftsmanship, not the adhesive. Finish upholstery, laminate panels, or assemble delicate products knowing the adhesive won't compromise the final look.
Why this product exists
Everbond Ultra Clear Brush Contact was developed for applications where a strong, flexible bond is needed without a visible glue line. This one-component polychloroprene adhesive dries clear, making it ideal for lighter-coloured materials or translucent substrates where traditional contact adhesives would show through. It delivers high initial strength and robust heat resistance, ensuring durability in demanding environments like vehicle interiors or custom manufacturing. From bonding delicate fabrics to robust laminates, this adhesive provides a reliable, discreet solution.
The numbers that matter
Achieve touch-dry status in just 3-5 minutes. This short flash-off time dramatically speeds up assembly lines and production schedules, allowing for quick bonding without extensive waiting periods. Once cured, the bond exhibits high heat resistance, maintaining integrity even in temperatures exceeding 120°C when used with an appropriate additive, critical for items exposed to direct sun or heat. With a consumption rate of 6-8 m²/Litre, Everbond Ultra Clear Brush Contact offers efficient coverage, making the most of every litre across large surface areas.
What it's like to use
Prepare all surfaces by ensuring they are clean, dry, and free from oils, fats, or loose materials. Apply Everbond Ultra Clear Brush Contact evenly to both substrates using a brush, rollcoater, or notched trowel. Allow the adhesive to flash off until it is touch dry, typically 3-5 minutes depending on conditions. Once touch dry, bring the surfaces together and apply strong, even pressure. Avoid over-applying or pooling the adhesive, as entrapped solvents can weaken the bond. For best results, apply in temperatures around +20°C. Clean tools and spills with Acetone.
