Description  

Precision grouting is about achieving dependable contact beneath the equipment or structural element being supported. SikaGrout®-212 HP AU is a high-strength, dual shrinkage-compensated cementitious grout for machine baseplates, anchor bolts, bridge bearing pads and engineered concrete connections.

Flowable or plastic consistency for the detail

Installers can adjust mixing water within Sika's specified ranges to obtain a plastic or flowable consistency appropriate to the cavity and placement method. The product is intended to fill prepared structural spaces and transfer loads through the grout bed.

Which Sika grout should you use?

Choose SikaGrout-212 HP AU where the specified performance and placement requirements match its published properties. For higher strength requirements, compare SikaGrout Ultra. The correct grade depends on the engineering specification, application thickness, grout flow and curing conditions.

Supplied in 20 kg bags, with a stated application thickness of 10–100 mm and approximately 75 MPa 28-day compressive strength under Sika's specified test conditions. Refer to the current Australian data sheet for mixing water, formwork and curing. Not intended for tile joints.
