Heavy equipment and structural bearings need a grout that transfers load into the supporting concrete without leaving avoidable voids. SikaGrout® Ultra is a high-strength, shrinkage-compensated cementitious grout developed for demanding precision grouting, including machine baseplates, anchor bolts and engineered concrete connections.
High-load grouting applications
Its flowable consistency helps grout move beneath properly prepared baseplates and around confined details. Typical work includes industrial equipment foundations, bridge bearings, shear keys and precast connections where the engineer specifies high early and ultimate strength.
Ultra versus general precision grout
SikaGrout Ultra is positioned for particularly demanding strength requirements. For other precision-grouting specifications, compare SikaGrout-212 HP AU; select by required strength, consistency, geometry and project specification rather than price alone.
Supplied in 20 kg bags. Sika publishes approximate compressive strengths of 40 MPa at one day, 80 MPa at seven days and 100 MPa at 28 days under stated test conditions, with a standard 10–100 mm application thickness. Follow the current data sheet for water addition, placement, formwork and curing. This is not a tile grout.
