Megapoxy Thinners is a flammable solvent blend used to clean uncured Megapoxy resin from compatible mixing vessels, trowels and application tools. It is most useful during or immediately after epoxy application, before leftover material hardens.
Use it to remove fresh epoxy residue from suitable equipment. Once an epoxy has cured, it generally needs mechanical removal; a blocked static mixing nozzle should be replaced rather than flushed.
Important: This is not a universal additive for thinning mixed epoxy. Keep it away from flames, sparks and hot surfaces, and use it with adequate ventilation, gloves and eye protection.
Will Megapoxy Thinners remove cured epoxy?
No. Once epoxy has cured, it generally needs mechanical removal.
Can I dilute any Megapoxy adhesive with these thinners?
No. Do not assume epoxy adhesives and coatings can be diluted; use the product for clean-up of uncured resin.
