Engineered for durability and performance, this sealant provides excellent resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and extreme temperatures, ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements. Its low-modulus formulation allows for ±50% joint movement, making it suitable for dynamic joints in both commercial and residential projects.

Application Guide:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and drying thoroughly.
- Mask adjacent areas to prevent contamination.
- Apply sealant to the joint, ensuring full contact with substrates.
- Tool the sealant within 5 minutes of application for a smooth finish.
- Remove masking tape immediately after tooling.
Limitations:
- Not suitable for use on bituminous substrates, natural rubber, chloroprene, or EPDM.
- Not recommended for submerged joints or areas with high abrasion.
- Not recommended for structural glazing or insulated glazing applications.
- Bleeding may occur on porous substrates like concrete or stone.
