This dual-purpose material delivers a lap shear strength of 1.13 N/mm² and meets ASTM C920 Class 12.5 standards, ensuring a permanent elastic seal that withstands building vibration and thermal expansion.
The high pick resistance and 600% tensile strain at break make it ideal for high-traffic infrastructure and bolted lap joints where durability is critical. To ensure long-term weatherproofing in multi-story applications, substrates must be properly primed and the joint depth kept within the 6mm to 12mm range to prevent bond failure.
