Application Guide
- Prepare the substrate by cleaning and ensuring it is dry and free from contaminants.
- Insert the cartridge or foil pack into a sealant gun and apply in triangular beads or strips as required.
- Position components within the skinning time of approximately 70 minutes.
- Tool the sealant for a smooth finish, ensuring full contact with joint sides.
- Allow 24–48 hours for complete curing depending on environmental conditions.
Limitations
- Not suitable for joints under water pressure or permanent immersion.
- Do not use on bituminous substrates or certain plastics like PE and PP.
- Not recommended for structural bonding or trafficked floor joints.
- Avoid application during extreme temperature changes.
