Sikaflex PRO is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane sealant for movement and connection joints in concrete and masonry façades. Its ±25% movement capability helps maintain an elastic seal as building joints expand and contract. Supplied in 600ml sausages for use with a compatible foil-pack sealant gun.
Use Sikaflex PRO on correctly designed expansion and perimeter joints in concrete, render, masonry and brickwork, plus other compatible construction materials with appropriate preparation. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor general sealing and carries AS/NZS 4020:2018 approval for potable-water contact, subject to the specified application requirements. Follow Sika's current priming guidance for porous materials, metals, glazed tiles and PVC.
Substrates must be sound, clean and dry, and movement joints require suitable backing rod and correct dimensions. Do not use on natural stone, bituminous surfaces, natural rubber, EPDM, swimming-pool joints or areas subject to permanent immersion or water pressure. Keep alcohol-containing products away from uncured sealant and check paint compatibility before overcoating.

What movement can Sikaflex Pro accommodate?
It has ±25% movement capability, tested to ISO 9047 and ASTM C 719.
Can Sikaflex Pro be painted?
It can be overpainted with compatible coating systems, but non-flexible paints can restrict movement and crack. Test compatibility first.
Can Sikaflex Pro be used around swimming pools?
No. Do not use it in or around swimming pools, under water pressure, or for permanent water immersion.
Is Sikaflex Pro suitable for potable water applications?
Yes. It is approved to AS/NZS 4020:2018 for contact with potable water.
