Description  

Panther Levelling System Base Clips help keep adjoining wall and floor tile edges aligned while the adhesive cures. Choose 1.5 mm or 2 mm nominal grout-joint spacing for tiles 3–12 mm thick. Use the clips with compatible reusable Panther levelling wedges, sold separately.

Installation and selection

Place the clip base beneath the tile edge, position the adjoining tile and insert the compatible wedge. Leave the clip and wedge in place while the adhesive cures, then break away the clip stem. Clips are single use; wedges are reusable.

These standard clips are not intended for thicker 11–20 mm tiles or 23–32 mm stone. Choose the dedicated Panther large-base or stone clip type for those thicknesses. Correct substrate preparation, tile adhesive coverage and joint selection remain essential.

Uses & Benefits  
Holds joint spacing at 1.5mm while the adhesive cures. Works with tiles 3mm to 12mm thick, walls and floors. 500 clips per pack covers a full floor layout.
How To Apply  
Slide a clip under the tile edge as each tile goes down, base plate under the tile, stem up through the joint. Fit wedges and tighten. Break the stems off along the grout line after the adhesive has cured.
Limitations and Safety Info  
Single use: the stem breaks off on removal, so budget clips per tile corner. Wedges are sold separately and are the reusable part.
