Product Description  

Everbond Melamine PVA Adhesive is a high-quality clear melamine glue, recommended for bonding melamine faced board in the manufacture of cabinets and drawers.

Uses:

  • Furniture construction
  • Bonding of melamine faced board and laminates
  • Kitchen Cabinets

Application:

Surface Preparation: Surfaces to be bonded should be clean and free from oil, dust, and other foreign materials. Ensure surfaces fit together exactly to avoid extended drying times and reduced bond strength.

Apply adhesive evenly to one surface with a squeeze bottle, brush, etc. Join surfaces before the end of open time and press or clamp until sufficient initial strength is obtained. Full bond strength is achieved in 24-48 hours.

Timber moisture content of 8-10% and relative humidity of 60-70% are ideal.
