Lauxes Grates NXT 35 – Midnight is a 100mm wide, 35mm deep anodised aluminium linear drain for indoor and outdoor applications. The NXT profile combines anti-water-tracking geometry with an easy roll-out top for cleaning and a waste outlet that can be positioned to suit the plumbing layout.

Lauxes manufactures NXT 35 in 3000mm and 5600mm full lengths. Adheseal currently offers Midnight as a 1000mm sell unit and a 5600mm full length, with 40mm, 50mm, 72mm and 80mm waste outlet options.

How To Apply  
Use NXT 35 for outdoor linear drainage where a 35mm-deep channel is required. Form the recess with a template 10 to 20mm wider than the grate, then cut the channel to length, drill the waste opening where required and fit the outlet and end caps with neutral-cure silicone. Install the grate level as the final flooring step.
Limitations and Safety Info  
The grate does not form part of the waterproofing system and must not contact wet cement or screed. It must be installed after waterproofing, tiling and grouting with neutral-cure silicone. NXT 35 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Suitable Substrates  
Tiled floor systems over concrete or screed with a separate waterproofing membrane; fibre-cement sheet floor systems; waterproofing foam-board systems. The grate sits in the prepared recess and is fixed with neutral-cure silicone.
