This crack injection balloon is an accessory for controlled resin injection during concrete crack repairs. It is intended for use with a compatible injection setup and a suitable epoxy or polyurethane injection material.
Use it as part of the repair method specified for the crack and resin system. Check hose and connection compatibility before purchasing; the balloon alone is not a complete injection kit.
Clear body shows when the crack is fully filled.
Latex hose expands to 20mm and holds steady pressure.
Tap connection seals the injection line.
Position the balloon at the injection point and inflate to seat it in the crack, then inject and watch the resin rise through the clear body. Stop when the crack is full, close the tap, and let the repair cure.
For epoxy and PU injection in structural concrete, water-retaining structures, and pavements. Hose is a latex consumable: inspect before each job.
