Prepare Floor Substrate

Concrete Slab

Timber Subfloor with Screed
Use compressed fibre cement sheeting and form screed to required fall. Waterproof as per AS 3740.

Install Megaflex™ Base
Fit the Megaflex™ base to the pipework using approved ABS solvent cement. Press base firmly into position while aligning vertical tolerance.
Solvent Cement Method
Apply ABS-grade solvent evenly to both the pipe and base socket. Insert and hold for 10 seconds to set.
Dry Fit (Inspection Stage Only)
Temporarily place base for height check, then remove and re-apply solvent cement for final fix.

Limitations & Safety
Product Limitations
