Roofers Flash 'N' Patch is a highly elastic hybrid acrylic sealant with exceptional weather resistance. It adheres excellently to most building materials while maintaining its elasticity in both hot and cold climates.

Application Guide
- Ensure surfaces to be coated are dry and free from dirt, grease, and oil.
- Using a short bristled brush, apply a film 1.5mm – 2mm thick over the area. Be sure to brush only in one direction.
- If painting over Roofers Flash 'N' Patch, please allow a minimum of 24 hours before painting.
- Do not use Roofers Flash 'N' Patch if rain is imminent in the next 24 hours.
- If unsure of adhesion, test a small area of the substrate first.
