Application Guide

  1. Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
  2. For porous substrates, apply a primer such as Everflex Supaprime.
  3. Use backing rods to control joint depth and prevent three-sided adhesion.
  4. Apply the sealant using a sausage gun, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Tool the sealant immediately to achieve a smooth finish.
  6. Allow curing time: approximately 2mm per 24 hours at 25°C and 50% humidity.

Limitations

  • Not suitable for internal swimming pool applications or aquariums.
  • Avoid use with copper, brass, lead, and EPDM rubber.
  • Not compatible with bituminous substrates or materials containing solvents.
