SA Silicone N60 is a high-performance architectural grade glazing silicone designed for the rigorous demands of two-sided structural glazing and high-rise curtain wall facades. This neutral cure, high-modulus formula delivers a 1.5 MPa tensile strength and ±35% dynamic movement capacity to maintain bond integrity under extreme wind loads and thermal expansion.

Certified to ASTM C1184 for structural glazing and AS/NZS4020-2005 for potable water contact, it provides a versatile, non-corrosive solution for specialized fin glazing and sensitive infrastructure projects.

How to apply Silicone N60 Architectural Grade Silicone:

  1. Prepare the surfaces: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
  2. Apply the sealant: Cut the nozzle to the desired width and apply firmly.
  3. Tool the sealant: Tool before skinning for a good finish.
  4. Clean up: Wipe off excess sealant with a clean cloth or scraper.
  5. Use backing rod: Use a closed-cell polyethylene backing rod for proper joint depth.
