Surface Preparation & Priming
Clean, sound and dry substrate; repair defects. Prime to suit: GP (porous), OP (non-porous), XPRESS H2O Plus (green/damp), E60 (residual moisture/rising damp).
Pro Tip: Detail all junctions/penetrations before coating using Elastoproof B50 and collars. Avoid BRW PF Tape in immersed zones. -
Mixing
Add powder to liquid (1:1 by volume for partial mixes). Mechanically mix to a lump-free, homogenous blend. Rest 3–5 minutes; re-stir before use.
