Everflex Supaprime: Moisture-Curing Polyurethane Primer for Porous & Non-Porous Substrates

Everflex Supaprime is a high-performance, moisture-curing polyurethane primer designed to enhance adhesion on both porous and non-porous substrates. It is ideal for use with Adheseal's range of polyurethane and Hi-Flex MS sealants, adhesives, and waterproof membranes. This fast-drying primer penetrates deeply into substrates, providing excellent adhesion and long-term durability in both interior and exterior applications.

How To Apply  

Application Guide

  1. Ensure surfaces are structurally sound, dry, and clean from contaminants.
  2. Apply by brush, roller, or spray, ensuring full coverage.
  3. Allow the primer to remain wet on the surface for 2 minutes.
  4. Let the primer cure to a translucent film before applying coatings or sealants.
Limitations  

Limitations

  • Do not apply below 10°C or above 35°C
  • Limited UV resistance; must be overcoated for long-term UV exposure
  • Not suitable for damp or wet substrates
  • Not recommended for areas subject to hydrostatic pressure
