Surface Preparation: Ensure all surfaces are structurally sound, stable, dry, clean, and free of dust, loose or flaking material, oils, grease, form release agents, and curing compounds.
Mixing: Pre-stir part A and part B separately, then combine both parts in equal volumes (1:1 ratio). Mix well using an electric mixer until a uniform colour is achieved.
Application as Primer: Apply by brush or roller at a rate of 4-6 m² per litre ensuring even coverage and no ponding occurs. For highly porous substrates, a diluted coat may be used as a primer before applying an undiluted coat.
Vapour Barrier System: Apply a diluted premixed coat of Everflex VBS with 10% water as a primer/wash coat, followed by a minimum of 2 coats at 5m² per litre per coat until a dry film thickness of 0.33mm is achieved.
