How To Apply  

Application Guide

Plain Glass (no ceramic band):

  1. Clean with Autoshield Activator using the wipe-on/wipe-off method.
  2. Apply a thin, uniform film of Autoshield GB Primer and let dry for 15-60 minutes.
  3. Apply Autoshield NP60 in a triangle shape and press the glass into place before the sealant skins over.

Ceramic Band:

  1. Check light transmission of the ceramic band.
  2. Clean the ceramic band with a glass cleaner.
  3. Gently abrade the ceramic band with a Scotch-Brite pad (Very Fine - Red).
  4. Clean the surface with a lint-free cloth dampened with acetone.
  5. Apply Autoshield NP60 in a triangle shape and press the glass into place before the sealant skins over.
