PU-50FC is a high-strength, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive sealant designed for demanding environments. Its high Shore A hardness and excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress make it suitable for structural bonding, anti-pick applications, and vehicular or marine manufacturing. With permanent elasticity and exceptional adhesion, it is a versatile solution for a range of construction and industrial uses.

Application Guide
- Ensure the substrate is clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
- Prime porous surfaces (e.g., concrete) with Everflex Supaprime for optimal adhesion.
- Use a backing rod or bond breaker tape to control joint depth and prevent three-sided adhesion.
- Apply the sealant using a sausage gun at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C.
- Tool the sealant immediately to achieve a smooth finish before it skins over (approximately 30 minutes).
- Allow curing at a rate of 4mm per 24 hours under standard conditions (23°C, 65% RH).
Limitations
- Not suitable for confined spaces without atmospheric humidity
- Avoid use in aquariums or internal swimming pool applications
- Not compatible with lead, copper, or EPDM rubber
- Avoid applying to bituminous substrates or materials with high solvent content
