RLA TruLevel Fine Finish is a rapid-drying, cement-based skim smoothing compound that creates a smooth and even surface on various internal substrates before applying floor coverings. It mixes easily with water, producing an easy-to-apply patching compound that is ready to accept most floor coverings after approximately 20 minutes. This makes it an ideal solution for quick repairs and installations under tight deadlines. Once dry, it is suitable for resilient and carpet floor finishes.

Application Guide
- Prepare the surface: Ensure it is clean, dry, structurally sound, and free of contaminants. Repair any defects or unevenness before application.
- Priming (Optional): For porous substrates, prime with RLA Universal Primer diluted 1:2 with water.
- Mix the compound: Combine 3 parts powder with 1 part water and mix thoroughly for 3-4 minutes until a lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Apply: Use a trowel to apply the compound in a single coat, feathering the edges for a smooth transition. For non-absorbent substrates, apply a 3mm coating.
- Allow to set: The surface is ready for floor coverings in approximately 20 minutes at 20°C.
Limitations
- For internal use only
- Do not apply over expansion joints
- Do not expose to water during or after curing
