  • Versatile application methods

Application Guide

  1. Ensure surfaces are free of oil, grease, dust, plaster, paint, and all other contaminants.
  2. Remove any cracked or weakened concrete to provide a solid foundation before repair.
  3. Pre-soak concrete/masonry surfaces with fresh clean water for 4 hours before grouting.
  4. Mix RLA Penaflow Panel Grout using a mechanical mixer with a high shear mixer or a suitable drum mixer.
  5. Add the grout powder to the pre-measured water and mix for 3-5 minutes until a consistent homogeneous mix is obtained.
  6. Apply the mixed grout to the substrate using a trowel or gloved hand, compacting it thoroughly.
  7. A smooth surface can be obtained using a steel trowel.

Limitations

  • Do not add additional water as grout will segregate and bleed, affecting performance.
  • Not recommended for load-bearing or structural repairs
  • Ensure application is not below 10°C or above 30°C
  • Unrestrained areas must be kept to a minimum
