The non-slumping, thixotropic nature of this sealant makes it ideal for both vertical and horizontal joints in various construction scenarios.

Application Guide
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
- Clean non-porous surfaces with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or white spirit using a two-wipe method.
- Use closed-cell polyethylene backing rod to control joint depth.
- Cut cartridge tip and nozzle to the desired bead size at a 45° angle.
- Apply sealant firmly into the joint, ensuring full contact with both sides.
- Tool the sealant before skinning for a smooth finish and improved adhesion.
- Remove excess sealant with a clean cloth or polyethylene scraper.
- Masking tape can be used but must be removed before the sealant skins over.
Limitations
- Not suitable for use in totally confined spaces without access to atmospheric humidity.
- Not suitable for aquariums, underwater applications, or below-grade applications.
- Not suitable for horizontal walkways or surfaces subject to corrosion/oxidation.
- Not paintable.
- May discolour copper and brass.
