Megapoxy HT is a 100% solids, solvent-free hydrophilic epoxy gel adhesive designed for various applications, including wet-to-dry concrete bonding, cracked concrete repairs, underwater and splash zone repairs, and steel anchoring. Resistant to hydrogen sulphide and free of volatile organic compounds (VOC), Megapoxy HT offers excellent mechanical properties, making it ideal for use in harsh environments.

Application Guide
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing any grease, oil, or coatings. Use mechanical abrasion or acid etching for concrete surfaces, and grit blasting or abrasion for metals.
- Mix Part A and Part B in a 3:1 ratio thoroughly to ensure proper curing and physical properties.
- Apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared surfaces, ensuring good coverage and bonding.
- For bonding new to old concrete, apply by brush, roller, or airless spray to the prepared surface at a rate of 1 to 1.5 litres per square metre.
- Allow the adhesive to cure for the recommended time based on the ambient temperature (minimum 12 to 48 hours).
- Clean tools and equipment with Megapoxy Thinners immediately after use.
Limitations
- Ensure correct mixing to avoid incomplete curing or discoloration over time.
- Not recommended for coated surfaces without prior removal of coatings.
- Store in a cool, dry place to maintain product effectiveness.
