Application Guide:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
- Priming: Apply Gripset 51 primer diluted with water (1:3 for porous, 1:1 for non-porous surfaces) or use alternative primers as recommended.
- Detailing: Seal critical areas (joints, cracks, penetrations) with appropriate products.
- Apply Gripset 51: Apply a minimum of two coats, ensuring total coverage of 1.5 litres/m².
Limitations:
- Not suitable as a trafficable coating or for areas subject to rising damp/hydrostatic pressure
- Do not apply to glass, glazed surfaces, or in wet conditions
- Not for use as a sealant in expansion/control joints
- May experience surface crazing with prolonged UV exposure
