Everflex Fire-Fill AC is a high-performance, fire-rated acrylic sealant designed for sealing expansion joints and penetrations in fire-resistant structures. Tested to AS1530.4 and assessed to AS4072.1, it provides up to 4-hour fire resistance while maintaining excellent flexibility and adhesion. It is paintable, non-slump, and resistant to UV, water, and weathering, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

Application Guide
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and contaminants.
- Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle to the desired bead width.
- Apply using a sausage gun, ensuring full contact with both joint surfaces.
- Tool immediately with a spatula for a smooth finish.
- Allow a skin time of 30-45 minutes and full cure within 7 days (20mm width, 10mm depth).
- Paintable after 6-8 hours with compatible paints.
Limitations
- Not suitable for trafficable or load-bearing joints
- Not for use on coated metal panels such as Colorbond
- Not suitable for permanent water immersion
- Should not be used in confined spaces without atmospheric exposure
- Not recommended for adhesion to mirrors, aquariums, or structural glazing
