EverKrete 102 is a flexible thermoset vinyl polymer resin binder designed for durable concrete repair systems. Mixed with kiln-dried aggregates, it forms EverKrete mortar and provides a tough, slip-resistant surface overlay. Ideal for both internal and external applications, EverKrete 102 offers fast curing, excellent weathering, and compatibility with a wide range of substrates and materials.

Application Guide

  1. Pre-mix EverKrete 102 with a power mixer at a slow speed.
  2. Measure and pour the required amount into a container.
  3. Add the appropriate amount of EverKrete Catalyst (1:100 ratio, up to 3:100 for faster cure).
  4. Mix for 30-60 seconds to ensure even dispersion.
  5. For rapid curing or cold temperatures, add EverKrete Accelerator.
  6. Apply EverKrete 102 as a mortar or surface overlay according to the instruction manual.

Limitations

  • Do not apply if surface temperature is below -18°C or above +35°C
  • Ensure the substrate is not damp, wet, or contaminated
  • Avoid application in rainy conditions
