Buzon DPH-4 Adjustable Pedestal (77-108mm) is an industrial-grade screwjack system engineered for creating level raised floors on sloped waterproof membranes and uneven concrete substrates. It incorporates a millimetre-precise 0-5% slope correction mechanism and a Copolymer Polypropylene (CPP) construction that withstands temperature extremes from -30°C to +80°C without warping.
With a tested full-surface yield strength of 19.2kN and SGBP 2017-814 eco-certification, this pedestal provides a stable, chemical-resistant foundation for heavy stone pavers and timber decking in coastal or poolside environments. To maintain structural safety, ensure the finishing material covers the full pedestal head to prevent point-loading failure, which can reduce yield strength from 19.2kN to 6.9kN.
