Product Description
Builders Nails is a high-strength multipurpose construction adhesive that does not slump on vertical surfaces. This solvent-based synthetic rubber adhesive can be used as a one-way liquid adhesive or as a two-way contact adhesive, offering a strong and durable bond on various building substrates, including timber, metals, and more. Its fast-drying properties make it ideal for both interior and exterior applications.

Application Guide
- **One-way Method:** Apply a 4-6mm bead using a cartridge gun. Immediately join the substrates and clamp, nail, or screw for at least 24 hours. Refer to flooring manufacturer's specifications for flooring applications.
- **Two-way Method:** Apply adhesive as in the one-way method. Firmly press surfaces together to transfer adhesive and then pull apart. Allow to tack off for 3-5 minutes. Reposition and press firmly, tapping with a hammer and padded block for maximum contact. Full bond strength is achieved in 12-72 hours.
Limitations
- Not suitable for surfaces exposed to continuous elevated temperatures
- Not recommended for metals directly heated by sunlight
- Not suitable for use in tightly clamped joints (e.g., cabinet joinery)
- Should not be used for permanent water immersion or for structural bonding
- Avoid application on styrene foam and mirrors
