For wet area entries where the floor is bedded or screeded, Waterstop Doorline provides a clean, cohesive transition at the door sill. This door sill extrusion is designed to maintain a consistent look throughout the bathroom, matching the appearance of Waterstop Streamline showers while establishing a secure waterproof barrier at the entry boundary.
How it works
Waterstop Doorline integrates directly with the wet area's waterproofing and substrate layers through a dual-serrated extrusion design:
- Membrane adhesion: The internal vertical leg features a serrated surface, giving waterproofing membranes a high-friction profile to bond securely to the extrusion and prevent water bypass at the sill.
- Substrate bonding: The 20mm horizontal base leg is also serrated, providing a keying surface to securely glue the extrusion down to the floor substrate.
- Sill safety and protection: A 4mm external curve radius creates a safe, rounded bull-nose step-over profile. To prevent damage from trade traffic during construction, the external face of the vertical leg is pre-covered with protective tape.

- 40mm or 50mm vertical heights: Accommodates standard screed and bedding depths to ensure the sill barrier matches finished floor levels.
- 20mm horizontal leg width: Provides the correct surface area for adhesive contact with the subfloor.

- 50mm height: Available in 1 metre lengths (Code: 1000DL50) or 3 metre lengths (Code: 3000DL50).
- Finishes: Bright Silver and Matt Black.

Doorline is a wet-area door-sill extrusion, not a PVC concrete expansion-joint waterstop. No expansion-range, joint-width or hydrostatic-pressure rating is published for it.
Select the 40 mm or 50 mm height to suit the floor build-up before installation.
