SILCOR Primer BS 117 is a one-part, fast-curing, solvent-based polyurea modified primer, ideal for dry concrete, masonry, metals, and other substrates. It ensures high adhesive strength and is suitable for use with SILCOR polyurea and polyurethane membranes.

Application Guide

  1. Prepare substrate by removing contaminants.
  2. Apply primer using a non-shedding roller at a minimum rate of 0.30kg/m².
  3. Allow primer to cure tack-free before applying membrane.

Limitations

  • Not suitable for priming damp or green concrete
  • Not for use with water-based membranes
  • Do not dilute or add solvents
